Here's to a Great Year!

I'm never one for really making New Years Resolutions but this year I feel like I need to set some goals for myself. I'm tired of being unmotivated and well kinda lazy but this is the year for change and I figured what better way to hold myself accountable than writing it on a blog.

I recently just had my 2nd baby boy on November 8th and having a house full of all boys (even the dog) I really need to step it up. My husband also worked really hard on remodeling our fixer upper so I need to do my part in keeping it nice and tidy. So goal #1 is to organize my home which I'm going to do with the help of Organized Home. They have a 14 week cleaning challenge and I figured with their help and tackling one area a week should help me stay on track with that goal.

As for goal #2 I really would like to incorporate exercise into my daily routine which I think I can do with the help of my husband who loves to workout. I've never really been into it but I think if I get into a rhythm I will grow to love it. I want to be able to feel good about myself which I've lacked self confidence my entire life and I really want to change that and I think this is the first step. I'm also going to help myself stay motivated by the help of the No Excuse Mom group on Facebook. I just joined and everyone is super wonderful and helpful.

For goal #3 I think might be the hardest one yet... Which is clean eating. I know I will have slip ups every now and then but for the most part I really want to eat clean not only for myself but my boys too. In this world of drive through windows change has to start somewhere and thats in the kitchen. Making the effort to cook instead of taking the easy way out. I'm currently trying to teach my 2 year old patience but in the process of teaching him patience I'm honestly no better I need to be patient for food. Instead of wanting it right this second I need to go home and take a second to prepare my meal. To accomplish this goal I'm going on Arbonne's 30 Days to Fit Detox Challenge. I figured a detox was the best way to help get rid of my cravings. I did a juice detox last year and I felt great after even ended up pregnant not easy for me to do and so I know it got rid of some bad stuff in my body. I figured if I have to eat really well for 30 days then that should help me get into a routine they say it takes 21 days to form a habit so lets see if it holds true.

Those are my 3 main goals for this year I'm really hoping I can accomplish them! Also if your interested in Arbonne shoot me an email at krummie2010@gmail.com and I can give you more info about our products.
